Fields
● Date = check date
● Examined = examined beehives/honey and other bee products
● Condition = general veterinary condition of the apiary(healthy
etc)
● Samples = samples collected (bees, biological material, honey
etc)
● Conclusion = notes, recommendations
● Person = name and surname of the veterinarian
